NOT IN PARIS

posted on: Friday, February 28, 2014

So, not in Paris, huh. Well, I got sick yet again, right after Milan and had to interrupt the whole trip by doctors orders, not that I would have managed another plane trip in this condition.
So, I have been stalking internet and Instagram and my friends updates on those few hours I was awake last couple of days.REALLY annoyed about it, but it's not like I can do a squad with it, so...
Anyway, just wanted to pop by with some spring inspo, and I must humbly say that when I was in Milan, people literary stopped me twice to ask about nail lacquer I was using.
These two pretty shades come by YSL in 38 Gris Underground (last years collection) and in 49 Rose Scabiosa.
Why wear one when you can wear them together.

SO, this happened. Not sure how, but it did. Anyway, I am packing for Paris, and surely wouldn't mind one of these colorful shearling jackets paired with sheer dresses and skirt. Chic winter ready for sure.
At least a inspiration to bring with.

SPRINGLY LAYERS

Hello there everyone!Look who's back form Milan(after 6h flight delay and a taxi que in biting wind, but a girl can't have everything)!
Anyway, I have had an amazing run in Milan and catched some big shows (Pucci, Cavalli, Marras to flash some names) AND the temps have been, so, so nice! I am talking bare legs and sunscreen nice.
Having a little Natasha Goldenberg moment with a pop of shoulder here, and layering shirts. I love how two shirts go together, baby blue and white making it crisp and soft at the same time. My obsession with raw hems hasn't deminshed since from many seasons ago, so this Marant Etoile skirt had to be mine sooner or later. Loved it.
On another matter what do you think about my pink/lilac lipstick? I love that the color isn't that typical fuchsia pink, but it is slightly more blue, giving it a really cool fashion edge. I was very surprised to find that it stayed on  my lips for hours and actually needed very few touchups during the day.SO defeintely recomanded. I kept the face soft and clean with just a little bronzer to make the whole color scheme pop out.

I am wearing ACNE shirts, Isabel Marant Etoile skirt, Wang heels, Thomas Sabo, Maria Black and Lara Bohnic jewelery and Céline sunnies and Rouge Allure Matte in 44 La Diva

FUNNY BUNNY

No seriously, I am.
Anyway, I love this furry piece (remember it from here??) and I love how easy it is to wear. If you are ever in doubt what to pair with some serious crazy-fuzzeffect- outerwear simple white shirt(hey even a T would work)and BF (not BFF) jeans are a way to go. Obviously some fantastic magazines who have snapped this outfit (psst, not to brag BUT WhoWhatWear and Grazia UK...) agree, which is kinda cool.

I am wearing Maison Scotch fur, ACNE shirt (mens), Current/Elliot jeans, Saint Laurent heels and bag.
The jewelery salad is as always by Thomas Sabo, Lara Bohinc and Maria Black

COMFORT ZONE

So, peeps, A'ma back blogging. After 3 days in London (ok, not the longest stay) and squeezing in lunch, shooting and shows in a limited amount of time I needed little time to recover. Believe me when I say that there is no vitamin pill or energy drink that can make you stand upraised after running in heels like a crazy person,so at the end, I threw the towel and creeped into my sneakers.
Thank God, sanity prevailed.
Missmatching everything on the last show I visited (Hello there am-amazing Peter Pilotto!!)but trying to stay cool as hell, and very so confident that at least my nails and the invite looked good together. At the end my mind has been into this color/pattern mismatch thing lately, and from what I see it is becoming a big trend.I mean you don't have to look like something rainbow threw up, in order to be funky, but try something new, something completely out of the comfort zone- according to London designers comfort zone seems slightly last year.

I am wearing Dries Van Noten coat, Fillipa K turtleneck, Rag&Bone jeans, Stella McCartney for Adidas sneakers, Liffner clutch and Celine sunnies. Ring assortiment from Lara Bohinc, Maria Black and Thomas Sabo
