So, what I noticed this winter is that everybody is dressing down.Which I am mildy said thankfull for, as I have to say that I wanted to challenge myself and try more colorful looks during PFW, but at the end I am sticking to the simple. Which is exactly what CN has been doing the last couple of seasons and I have to admit that the collection got me excited. It was simple, and the monochrome palette dominated, but the silhouette was kept well tailored and sharp. Was this the collection that made my heart stop? Not entirely, but there were pieces I am crazy about- like that long black satin trimmed cape , that when it came out made my heart skip a beat , and than there were so many fur trimmed garments that I am such a big fan of. All that contributed to the very strong collection that can easily find it's way to the women's wardrobe and stay there for quite any seasons- timeless I believe it's the word I am looking for.
SHOULD I??

This Alexander Wang heels have been on my mind for the past month, but I have been so indecisive lately when it comes to shopping. I love the sharpness and how cool they look, but I have tried them on and on and can't seem to commit fully. Is there something wrong with me??
Yey, or should I just take the hint the universe is trying to give me?
TWINSETS
How long has it been since the twinsets have actually been in fashion? I mean when someone says a twin set you usually think of a fashionrelic in tweed hanging in the closet of a Chanel lover, but that is as far as it goes. That is - until I stumbled upon a Balenciaga one, and that my dear readers is what you see her. This is actually one of the things I wore during PFW, and I have to say that twinsets have been well welcomed back in the fashion world (just look at Proenza Schouler PF and AW)!
I love the sharp vest with the stiff collar and an asymetric skirt, with the monochrome print with the inserts of babyblue.
It really gives this classic a modern update. The wonderul thing, that I come to appreciate durin FW is that it goes as well with flats as it does with heels.
Twinset by Balenciaga, polo by H&M , Woldorf tights, Valentino bag (yess, I know we are inseprable, but what can I say, sharp white goes with everything!) , Cooee jewelry, Georg Jensen watch and Alexander Wang heels
LFW- DAY 2?

I know I have been a lousy blogger lately, but I promise I 'll try to make it up!
I am starting with showing you one of my favorite trends for the spring, that I sported earlier during LFW- the pastel leather jacket. For me that is definitely the ultimate go to peace this spring as it adds the surprising detail on even the simplest outfits.Although I am not complitely down the pastel lane, the jacket (which I got hold on ebay for 40 $) has that real motorcycle cut so it doesn't end up being too cute.As it is still freezing I though that the color went really well with the Aran knit and a pair of simple blue jeans.
A pair of badass heels, simple accessorize and woop, ready to go!

I am wearing vintage leather jacket and my Dad's Aran knit, Acne jeans and sunnies, Balenciaga heels.
The jewelery is Cooee and my bag is Valentino

OK, one of my favorite snaps during the whole FW! This amazing women in this amazing jacket outside CELINE show. I have had the jacket on my mind since I have seen it, but I can't seem to figure out where is it from?
I thought it was Thomas Tait, but can't find it in his earlier shows.
PLEASE, help me dear readers or I am going to go absolutely insane?!

KENZO

I have to admit, Kenzo wasn't the brand I was most looking forward to see in Paris.
However, the Balenciagaesque mix of boxy silhouettes and cool print kind of fulled the void left after Nicolas Ghesquiere departure. Don't let me wrong - Wang's collection was OK and a solid foothold, but the craziness of NG- is a talent developed with years and experience.-Which is exactly what designers behind Kenzo have! The patterns and materials are cool enough to be dressed up and down, for the night out and in, for a girl who naturally demands attention. However, the cut was that of confidence and tailoring, showing a girl who definitely knows what she likes and how she likes it, and easily capturing the attention, instead of demanding it.
In other words, my kind of girl!

The only question that remains is how many neoprene and jacquard skirts can one justify in the closet??The same goes for the cropped jackets and reptile sweaters...Maybe it is OK, since, hey a girl needs different patterns and colors??
