ON MY COFFEETABLE

posted on: Tuesday, April 17, 2012

As I am preparing for the tonight's IN FLAMES concert (yup, you heard me IN-F-L-A-M-E-S, I am excited as a teenage girl!!) , I am recalling the firts thime I heard something from them.
I think it was 'Only for the weak' on a compilation album borrowd from a realy good friend of mine. Amongst the song was Lacuna Coil 'Stars' and Live. I was only  twelve at the time, but already so lost in metal and guitar riffs. I even tried to learn to play the guitar, but soon realized that I was complitely, what's so ever, without talent.

Anyways, I grew up and the same music still follows my throught all the phases and stages a girl goes through.

Love,
Irina

Lookin through Bruce Weber's recent done photography, I couldn't but notice that he is a masterclass of capturing emotions in the moment.
It is an understatment to say that I was spellbound by this photos, potraying carefree teenage years, thoughts of everlasting frindships and secret childhood admirations.

The storm outside, that cought me by suprise, makes me glad that I am running late on posts (and that I used weekend shooting for blog).  Christian is away now and won't be here for almost a month ( which is actually quite boring, though my borther is visiting which is complitely opposite from boring!).
Back to today- I really thought that this dress deserved a propper shoot, and here it is.
OK, I get very excited about photos when they turn out good, but I felt this ended up on a quite another level.(So, I am naturraly very excited about hearing what you think, darlings!)
Anyways, the stormy weateher is always making me want to cook, for some reason. And today I am preparing salomon linguini with chocholat fondant...Yummy! Can.'t wait for my bro to come home so we can eat and digg into sofa, tea and a good movie or two.
